Custom Wedding Floral Design Process
Just a few simple steps and your floral planning is done!
Step 1: Determine your budget
Determining your budget for wedding flowers is your first priority. Click the link below for sample pricing. We keep these resources up to date so you can review current market prices for your designs.
Step 2: Schedule your free phone consultation
Schedule your free consultation HERE. Specify your time preference in the contact form, and we will reach out to confirm a time.
Step 3: Pay a deposit to reserve the date
Once we’ve met & you’ve decided you want to work with us, the next step is to pay a deposit. This is typically 10-20% of the total floral cost. This deposit reserves your date on our calendar and goes toward your total payment. It also begins the planning process, which is the fun part!
Step 4: Proposal & planning
In this step we will provide a proposal based on the initial consultation. In this stage, we have some time to go back and forth and get things just right before moving on to the next step.
Step 5: Sign contract, pay 2nd payment
Once the proposal is everything you’ve dreamed of, we will both sign a contract agreeing on the terms discussed. At this point, the 2nd payment is due. Depending on the cost of your wedding flowers, this may be the final payment or the second of 3-4 payments. Once the contract is signed and the 2nd payment is in, we like to order all of your hardgoods!
Step 6: Final payment & gorgeous wedding flowers!
The final payment is due no later than 2-3 weeks before the event. We will put a date in your contract. Many times’ long weekends with holidays affect this timeline. Once your payment is in, you can scratch wedding flowers off your list and leave the rest to us!
